Customers PostNL received since this week phishing emails that their computer after clicking a link attached hostage for bitcoin. This is evident from reports of - among others - Yahoo! News.
The phishing emails in all likelihood using the Crypto Locker, a ransomware trojan that knows mainly infect Windows computers. Crypto Locker snapchat encrypts files on the affected computer, and then offers to release to the files in exchange for bitcoin. In the case of phishing emails that are sent in the name of PotnNL would involve a payment of four hundred snapchat euro.
It is not clear who exactly is behind the phishing mails, but it is probably Russians. This also seems to be the Bitcoin address where many of the payments initially reach.
