Hello dear visitors, was browsing my linuxeros sites forum CrunchBang found this interesting script that allows just by entering the name of a band and the name of the theme, download it from youtube into mp3 format. Requirements: For this to work you must have installed the following applications: = >> <> lynx = >> <> youtube-dl = >> <> jv ffmpeg = >> <> lame If you have ubuntu or some derivative can install all this with the command: sudo apt-get install lynx youtube-dl lame ffmpeg Creating The Script: In our personal folder or any other location will create a .sh file that call as you like best, in my case yoump3.sh and the post the following code: See The Code we keep it and give permissions to run as a program with the command: sudo chmod + x yoump3.sh is now only run in the terminal and enter the name of the band and the song that you want to lose.

I have a question, I can download and convert them to MP3, but I can choose the sound quality? So for pages you download youtube jv weighs approx singing about 3 or 4 MB, but the audio is bad, too low to be exact, I wonder if in this way are downloaded weighing more than 6Mb with good quality audio
