Trarararara, no soup. 7 is here! When I started a series of seven soups exactly a week ago, yet I never knew that in the U.S. in January announced for the month of soups. flash player The soups I started because it was during the December flash player holidays and all too zapasalo something on a spoon. First, fry the cauliflower. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Cauliflower cut into flowers, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cauliflower bake for approx. 30 minutes to become soft and nice brown (do not burn it!). After 15 minutes of baking add unpeeled garlic.
Then heat the oil in a saucepan and add the chopped shallots and celery, stir fry them to posteklenita. Then add the butter, flash player parsley and thyme (to taste), flash player and fried garlic, which is removed from the peel and squeeze in a saucepan. Mix well and pour ca. 1-1.5 liters of water. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, then spasiramo soup with an immersion blender. Give a thick soup.
This completes my soup week. I hope you have fun at least half as much as we do when we are preparing. I learned also that food is best seen in the photos in daylight, which is sometimes difficult in the winter. :)
